Reflexology with Celia
About Me……

Most of my work life has predominantly been working with people in a caring, supportive capacity. I have worked as a nurse, occupational therapist and support worker both in the NHS and charity sector for many years. My approach has always been person centred and I am passionate about working with people holistically and facilitating well being.
I trained in Reflexology at The Devon School of Reflexology 2023/24 and gained a distinction level 3 Diploma. I love being a reflexologist, it feels like a natural progression in my life in working with people holistically and combines many of my skills and knowledge. I am excited to be starting my journey into the complementary therapy world.
I try to keep healthy and look after myself by having a balanced lifestyle. Eating well and keeping active is important to me. I enjoy playing badminton, walking, cycling, swimming and yoga. I am lucky enough to have a garden to grow my own veggies and fruit, which involves being outside in the beauty of nature.
I have lots of creative hobbies and interests including painting, artwork, music, choir, sewing, and various craft projects. I love designing things and using different materials. I am inspired by nature and people and try to live life to the full.
